Self Check-In

As a registered participant you have received a personalized QR code with your booking confirmation.
Please either:

• print the confirmation PDF, or
• have the QR code ready on your smartphone

At the venue you can use the self check-in terminals to scan your QR code. Your name badge will then be printed automatically. Please wear your badge throughout the entire meeting.

The NeuroSpine Meeting will be held in English with no simultaneous translation

Badges

Participants will receive their personal congress badge at check-in. The badge is valid for the duration of the meeting and must be worn at all times in order to gain entry into the meeting room and the exhibition area.
